The property is beautiful, including the architecture, interior design in common areas, amenities, landscaping, and apartment design and finishes. A lot of thought was put into the details. Since everyone is new it has a very friendly neighborly vibe. The staff are all wonderful from the concierges to the leasing office. The area is great with a lot of convenient nearby shopping and restaurants, easy access to the highway, proximity to the vibrant downtowns of Montclair and South Orange, and a... short drive to the Orange train station.
Overall I am very happy at Stonehill and I'm looking forward to meeting more new neighbors as the complex fills up.
