has been a great experience so far. The apartments are modern and well-designed, with big windows, nice finishes, and a great layout. The kitchen has high-end appliances, and the bathroom feels really upscale.
The amenities are definitely a highlight. The gym is well-equipped, the spa area with the sauna and cold plunge is a nice touch, and the rooftop lounge has an amazing view of NYC. It’s a great spot to relax or hang out with friends. The building is also kept really clean, and management... is responsive whenever you need something.

I’ve had an overall positive experience, with a few highlights and areas for improvement. The building itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering a high-end feel that justifies the price point. The amenities are a major selling point—the rooftop wellness center, gym, spa, and sauna create a resort-like atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
The leasing process was smooth, thanks to the professionalism of Ana Caetano and Eliane Longhi from Signature Realty. Their... responsiveness and fluency in multiple languages made communication effortless, which is a big plus for the diverse Ironbound community.

It has everything I need, and the view from the balcony is such a nice bonus. The building also has a warm and welcoming community, which makes it even better. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, great aesthetics, and a friendly social vibe.Additionally, the building features a sauna, offering a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day.
