Iron65 is a gem in Newark! The building is stunning, with high-end finishes and beautiful common areas that make you feel like you’re living in a luxury hotel. The amenities are second to none, from the gym to the rooftop spaces, and the staff are always friendly and professional. What makes it even better is the prime location in the Ironbound District, with easy access to some of the best restaurants and just minutes from the PATH train for a quick commute to NYC. Highly recommend.

After touring this brand new building and many others in the area, I’m even more eager to call this one home! The amenities are seriously high-end, and the views from the rooftop are breathtaking. I love the Ironbound location—close to everything I need and yet offers an easy commute to Manhattan. The leasing ladies were incredibly welcoming during my visit, and you can tell they genuinely care about residents. This place just feels like a perfect balance of luxury and practicality. Can’t wait... to make the move!

Touring Iron 65 was unforgettable, thanks to teams expertise and welcoming approach. The building’s amenities are top-notch, with my favorites being the gym and spa. Ending the tour on the rooftop, soaking in those sweeping NYC views, was a highlight!
