In additional to all of this, you also have access to a washer and dryer in a shared but separate section of the basement. This studio apartment is close to the lovely town of South Orange NJ and very close to Seton Hall University, a 2 minute drive away.

We are in a safe neighborhood. This studio apartment is minutes from the South Orange NJ train station, a 3 min drive away where you can catch the train to New York City, a 30 minute train ride.

Professional cleaners clean and disinfect after each guest. Plus we block 24 hours between each guest. This is the perfect place to stay that meets your needs, so we ask that you please treat this house as if it was your own. In the unlikely event that you damage anything in the apartment, please let us know in advance so that we have time to fix it for the next guests.
