Large room, $800, close to campus

I am looking to sublet this room for until July 2025. I am looking to move out ASAP.

-Rent is 800 a month plus utilities
-It is a very large room, that is a queen bed in the picture
-there is a large closet right outside the room
-it is on montrose...
street, so about a 10ish minute walk to campus.
-there are two male roomates. One is a seton hall student, and one just graduated.

I am subletting this apartment because my work is now work from home, so I do not need to be close to the city to commute anymore.

My number is 609-865-2525 if you are interested

Also I can leave any furniture you need in the room so it is easy for you!
