Location is walking distance to food shopping and main street with medical offices, shops, specialized services, dining and entertainment.

Two of the three BRs are very large (15”x17”) with large closets, large windows, and panoramic views of NYC. The 3rd BR is a standard size (11”x13”), with two large windows and a nice size closet. All BRs can fit a queen bed and the two large BRs can accommodate a king bed with plenty of room to spare. All come unfurnished, but some partial furnishings can be negotiated, if preferred. The 4th bonus room is 11x11 on the ground floor and is perfect for an office, guest room, or fitness room.

The rent is $3,100 per month. This does not include utilities (gas, electric, water, internet & cable). The home is available to rent immediately. A 1-year lease is desirable but 6-month lease is considered.
